Administrative License
Revocation - ALR is a civil, administrative process. It's goal is
to get drunk drivers off the road by revoking their driver
licenses.
Graduated Driver License
Program - The Graduated Driver License Program, created by
Senate Bill 577 in 2001, went into effect January 1, 2002. The program creates
two phases of driving requirements for minors under age 18.
Hardship Driver License - A minor age 15
may apply for and receive a hardship license if certain requirements are
met.
